I have known Craig De Ruisseau for over seven years. In the time we've worked together, Craig has proven to be one of the most professional, committed and enthusiastic people I've had the pleasure of working with in my 20 years at Analog. He is extremely intelligent and is eager to learn. He is a self-starter, independent thinker and brings an extremely rare blend of technical expertise, analytical ability and outstanding oral and written communication skills. He is not satisfied with the status quo and seeks the most challenging assignments where he can grow professionally while bringing as much value as possible to the organization.

I appreciate and have benefited from my direct experience working with Craig. He has provided a rich blend of technical competence, process orientation and system knowledge that is seldom found in a single individual. I believe any organization or institution would benefit from his experience, personal commitment and professional competence.

He also took the lead to reach outside the Information Systems department into Analog's Engineering community to get buy-in from all the different business and technical communities to improve in the overall company security and systems integration. Craig has a great combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills that's rarely seen in the technical marketplace. I've worked with him on several large projects, and on each and every occasion he was able to quickly win the trust of the customer, becoming a trusted advisor and technical resource. Additionally, on several occasions I've worked with him in a situation where he was responsible for less experienced resources. In those situations, not surprisingly, he was very well versed in mentoring the resources and helping them to also become valuable team members.
